On Monday, Colorado State men's head basketball coach Tim Miles announced that the team has added one more player to their 2009-2010 roster, small forward Travis Busch.

Busch has one year of NCAA eligibility left and will be transferring from the University of Minnesota, where he played in 30 games during the 2008-2009 season averaging 3.7 points and 1.6 rebounds in 11.1 minutes per game. Last season he had both a field goal and three point percentage of 50 percent; connecting on seven of 14 from behind the arc and 40 of 80 overall.

Busch, who will be a senior next season as he studies toward a Master's degree in business, was granted a waiver by the NCAA to avoid sitting out a season like most D-I transfers. He will be eligible to play during the Rams' season opener in November.

Busch is the second player in three seasons to transfer to Colorado State from the Big Ten Conference, the other being Dan Vandervieren who came from Purdue following the 2007-2008 season.
