After suddenly resigning in November after serving at the university mast as CSU President and Chancellor since 2004, Larry Penley put his south Fort Collins home up for sale.
CSU spokesperson Brad Bohlander said he had not heard anything of Penley's future residence plans and did not know where he may be headed.
"I do not know what his plans are," Bohlander said.
Dave Doran, the Group Inc. realtor hired to sell the expansive waterfront home valued at over $1 million, would not comment on Penley's whereabouts and said "that is his personal business."
According to the Group Inc. Web site, the property has been listed for more than 30 days.
Doran would not say when the house was put up for sale.
