Issue date: 12/9/08 Section: Opinion
As Colorado State University moves into transitory times, students are being left voiceless.
There is an ever increasing void between what it is that students want and need to be successful, and the decisions and implementations that are being made for them.
The approval of student voting rights at CSU would help reconnect this lost relationship and build a democratic system where the opinions of the students truly matter.
I hope that CSU follows the growing national trend and lets student representatives speak out for their peers to positively influence the future of CSU for everyone.
