Powered by Stuart Creason's 12 point, the CSU Rams jumped out on top of Wyoming 31-14 in the annual Border War.
The Cowboys rebounded, closing the half on a 14-1, making the score to 32-28 at halftime.
Joseph Taylor led Wyoming with 10 points, including three thunderous dunks.
