Joseph Taylor was dominant in the paint, notching a career high 21 points to lead the Wyoming Cowboys to a 77-67 win over CSU at Moby Arena.

Wyoming trailed for much of the contest, before using a 12-0 run in the middle of the second half to gain control of the game.

The Rams were up by 17 points in the first half and 13 early in the second half, but couldn't hold onto the lead as Wyoming pounded the ball inside and got to the free throw line.

After the Rams led 31-14 early in the first half, the Cowboys rebounded, closing the half on a 14-1, making the score to 32-28 at halftime.

Taylor led Wyoming in scoring, and Tyson Johnson added 17 points.

Willis Gardner led the Rams with 16 points, while Stuart Creason had 15.
