Collegian Editor in Chief J. David McSwane is releasing the following statement:
"I accept the BSC's admonishment and do not wish to appeal their judgment. I am proud to be a student at a university that respects students' First Amendment rights. As a newspaper, we hope to put this ordeal behind us and continue to provide news and a platform for CSU students and the university community."

I have to thank CSU for defending free speech and providing a little light in the dark world that is the Bush regime. I am heartened that the light has not completely gone out and that the press albeit even an Fbomb is aloud to stand. (Continued…)

Your "editorial" was childish and intellectually vacant.
Sophomoric profanity aside, I would think that the university could find an editor with more to offer than McSwane. (Continued…)

Yesterday I was published in a little national paper called the Los Angeles Daily News. I have been published in this paper ( a real news paper ) over 150 times. (Continued…)

2007 US News & World Report ranking of CSU among national universities: tied at 124 with 7 other cesspools

Well gotta go see my Step-Son's Alma Mater USC play Stanford.
My Step-Son got a full scholarship to USC , in Naval ROTC. He worked two jobs and upon graduation begin to serve his country. (Continued…)
