I fully agree with the comments made by Mr. Wells...God bless our troops whether you support the war or not. Not only was this disgraceful as a bold headline, but even more so because the tasering incident had nothing whatsoever to do with President Bush. (Continued…)
Glenn is 100% right. This incident is as much the fault of President Bush as it the fault of President Clinton. That kid should have obeyed the numerous lawful orders of the police whether he agreed with them or not. (Continued…)
If the intention of this op-ed was to gain some sort of national attention then it is a success. I heard about this on the Rush Limbaugh show today (9/21)
However before the editorial staff breaks out the champagne in celebration of national notoriety, know that it was done in ridicule. (Continued…)
It's kind of funny that at the bottom of this "Editorial" it says "This is the view of the Collegian editorial board", because that's a lie. It's the view of the board, the reporters, the editors, the entire paper, the journalism dept, the staff, the faculty, the college. (Continued…)
Ealier this year my son narrowed his choices for college to CSU and Northern Arizona University. If this is your editorial staff's best attempt to express their opinion in an intelligent manner; I am quite pleased he chose NAU. (Continued…)
I can't say I'm surprised by the editorial board's comments. After all, professional journalists say the same thing everyday (just not so blatantly). It wouldn't surprise me if the New York Times or Washington Post called to offer them jobs. (Continued…)
