At first, there were only a few people, about eight in all.

Christina Romero will be the editor-in-chief of the University of Northern Colorado's student newspaper, The Mirror, for the 2008-2009 school year. She will be succeeding Nate Taylor, who is graduating in May.

Late CSU student Matthew Martinez' toxicology screen showed no traces of cocaine in his system, the Larimer County Coroner's Office confirmed Tuesday.
An April 15 Collegian report on the death included information from an anonymous Fort Collins Police Services employee who was involved with the investigation who said Martinez died of a cocaine overdose.

The Coors Fitness Center is scheduled to be remodeled this summer at an estimated cost of $250,000.
The front entrance of the fitness center, will be relocated to the southwest corner of the Ritchie Center. Inside the gym will see renovations such as moving the desk to the front of the new entrance and opening up the rest of the space for exercise equipment.
